About the NIAI

Both the NIAI and its members are fully committed to maintaining and raising standards within the insulation industry.

The NIAI has a Code of Professional Practice that members agree to follow to ensure that the public receive the highest possible level of customer service. The Code covers the following areas:

  • NIAI Installers now display signs confirming their membership status and making the public aware that they have signed up to to our Code of Practice

All works undertaken by our registered Installers are fully guaranteed and we are currently in the process of putting a dedicated insurance scheme in place.

The sooner you make contact with an approved installer, available through this website, the sooner you can benefit from a warmer home and lower fuel bills.
